We offer free International shipping to Canada on orders over $150. At this time we offer international shipping only to Canada. Sorry for the inconvenience.
A Note About Customs Fees
Orders shipped to countries outside of the US may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the purchaser and are not included in our international shipping fee.

United States: Standard: 6-10 business days
Canada: Standard: 8-17 business days
Processing takes 1 to 3 business days (orders placed on Friday will not be processed until Monday, as our warehouse is closed Saturday and Sunday), then one of our carriers takes it from there. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. It’s on the way!
MelaBeauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, all packages will have a tracking number. If your packages arrive damaged please let us know within 24 hrs of receiving the order. Please confirm your address before submitting your order.

Due to COVID-19, our carriers have been experiencing delays in delivery. While most orders are shipped within our normal 2-3 business days, some orders may take longer than usual to process.
In addition, after orders have been placed, package scans from our carriers may be delayed. As a result, orders may not show tracking for a few days – even when your order is already on the way. Please allow extra time for tracking updates and final delivery.
In even rarer cases, you may not have tracking visibility – orders may arrive before tracking becomes available.
